What is the chalkthis. business audit?
A 90-minute walk-through of your business with Joe Lissy of chalkthis., at your place of business. Two days later you get one page in plain English: your biggest time leaks, your money leaks with a dollar figure on each, how safely your team uses AI and customer information, and the top three fixes worth making first.
How is the audit different from the free business snapshot?
The free snapshot looks at your business from the outside, using what anyone can see online: your Google reviews and reply rate, where you show up in a search, and your website on a phone. The audit looks from the inside, with you, at how calls, quotes, jobs and follow-ups actually move through your week.
What happens during the 90 minutes?
Joe comes to your business and you walk him through a normal week: how calls come in, how quotes go out, how jobs get scheduled and followed up, which apps you pay for, and how your team uses AI and customer information. He asks the questions an outsider would and takes notes. Nothing in your business changes during the audit.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. If it is easy, have your phone, your quoting or invoicing software and a list of the apps you pay for nearby, so you can look things up together. If something lives on paper, that is fine too.
What do I get after the audit?

At your business. Joe is based in Sound Beach, on Long Island, New York, and comes to local businesses across Long Island. If you are farther away, the walk-through can happen on a video call.
Why does the audit cover AI and data safety?
Because AI tools are easy to start using, and customer information can end up in places the owner never chose. The audit looks at how your team uses AI today, where customer information goes, and which passwords matter most, so the fixes are safe as well as useful.
What does the audit cost?
Joe tells you the price when he calls to set up your walk-through, before anything is booked. If you go ahead with one of the fixes, you see that price and timeline before anything starts too.
