chalkthis. is a one-person AI workflow studio in Sound Beach, on Long Island, New York, run by Joe Lissy. It finds where a local business loses time and money, then builds practical, AI-assisted fixes: call text-back, an after-hours front desk, Google review replies, review-focused websites, faster quotes and estimates, and past customer follow-up.
Who runs chalkthis.?
Joe Lissy, the founder, who started chalkthis. in 2025 and lives in Sound Beach. Joe does the walk-throughs, builds the systems and answers the phone himself, so the person on your first call is the person who does the work.

Is the free snapshot really free?
Yes. There’s no card, no call you have to take, and no follow-up emails you didn’t ask for. You get one page by email within 48 hours. If you want to talk about it, reply or call; if not, it’s yours to keep.
Should I start with the snapshot or the audit?
Start with the free snapshot if you want to see how your business looks from the outside, to a customer searching online. Book the business audit if you already suspect something is leaking, like missed calls or slow quotes, and want a dollar figure on it and a plan to fix it.
How much does chalkthis. cost?
Prices aren’t published, because each one depends on the business and the leak. On a short call Joe shows you what fixing it is likely worth, and you see the price before anything starts. There’s no long contract.
How long does it take to set up a workflow?
It depends on the workflow. Most are built around tools you already have, so there’s little to install. Anything that needs outside approval, like registering business texting with the phone carriers, takes longer, and you get a real date before anything starts.
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. Each workflow is built around the phone, inbox, calendar and software you already use. Joe sets it up, shows you and your team how it works, and you approve anything a customer will see.
